SYP Internship Program: Now Seeking Applicants

Intern Eligibility Criteria:
To be part of this exciting program, you need to meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5 or possess a graduating GPA.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- F1 students must be in good standing and able to obtain OPT/CPT for the summer.
- Be an active SYP member.
- Adhere to the program’s code of conduct.
- Have reliable transportation for commuting to and from your internship site.

Assist with business administration in commercial property management and master planned communities development.
- Law:
– Legal Intern
June – August 2024, 10am – 3pm, unpaid
This internship calls for a highly motivated and detail-oriented legal intern with an interest in the law and justice system. Boutique family law firm intern position offers a young professional the opportunity to observe a wide range of case activities including but not limited to customer service, litigation preparation, data entry and case management. Intern shall dress professionally and adhere to confidentiality norms at all times. Intern works directly with attorneys and other support staff. Intern shall have limited contact with clients and potential to participate in remote and/or in-person Court proceedings. Intern to be supervised at all times.

Marketing Intern – full time content creator– Beauty and Wellness Company
From June to August, Part-Time $15/hr
As a TikTok Intern, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing TikTok content strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage with our target audience. You will work closely with our marketing team to create compelling and relevant content that resonates with our TikTok audience. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media marketing, expand your skills in content creation, and contribute to exciting projects that drive business growth. Must have an understanding of Tiktok trends and a passion for beauty.
Selection Process:
- The SYP will act solely as a bridge between applicants and potential employers, facilitating the initial connection.
- It is the responsibility of the employer to conduct interviews and background checks, as well as select their intern using their standard in-house selection process.
- Interns are encouraged to independently research businesses and ultimately determine if the business aligns with their goals and aspirations as well as providing a comfortable working environment.
- Enrollment is now open. Employers will interview their qualified candidates and report accepted interns to the SYP.
Compensation:
It is at the discretion of the employers to offer paid or unpaid internships, and this information will be made available prior to the application process.
