The Society of Young Professionals (SYP) is hosting a Backgammon tournament in hopes of raising funds to support our organization and developing internship program.
Date: Saturday February 3, 3024
Time: 3:00-3:30pm player check-in 3:30pm round1 begins.
Where: Brookstreet BBQ (montrose)
It will be a bracket tournament, best 2 out of 3 games per round (gammon/mars is 2 wins), no doubling and no cubes, once you lose, you are out of the tournament.
There will be prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place, however, the winner will earn the great honor of taking home the “Anar” trophy until our next tournament where they can defend their title or give it up to the next winner.
First Place will also win 4 tickets to the Utah Jazz at Houston Rockets game
on Saturday March 23, 2024 graciously sponsored by Bill De La Garza & Associates.
Second, Third and Fourth Places will choose from the following prizes respectively:
Zoom Teeth Whitening from Houstonian Dental
Zoom Teeth Whitening from Polish Dentistry
Two training sessions or pilates sessions from Sigma Performance Training
